    Updates her opportunity stage to Booked.

    Add Tag Booked-Client

    Tags her so every other workflow knows she is now an active booked client.

    Internal Notification

Open GHL in another tab and follow these steps. Every button, every field, every click.

  1. I.Create The Workflow — Click Automation → Workflows → + New Workflow → Start From Scratch. Name it Contract Signed Welcome and click Continue.
  2. II.Set The Trigger — Click Add New Trigger, search Document Signed, select your session contract template, click Save Trigger.
  3. III.Build The Sequence — Add each step in order: Send Email, Update Pipeline Stage, Add Contact Tag, Internal Notification, Send Email, Wait 2 days, Send Email. Click Save Action after each one.
  4. IV.Test Then Publish — Test with your own contact. Confirm the celebration email and notifications fire. Then publish.

Workflow fires before she actually signed

Make sure the trigger is set to Document Status equals Signed or Completed not just Document Sent. Sent means you sent it to her. Signed means she actually completed it.

Celebration email arrived but pipeline did not update

Go into the Update Pipeline Stage action and make sure the correct pipeline is selected and the stage name matches exactly what you named it in your pipeline settings.

Workflow fired twice for the same client

Add a filter to the trigger so it only fires once per contact. Look for the Already In Workflow or Unique Event setting inside the trigger options.
