The minute her viewing session ends and you tag her, everything fires automatically. Final Sale Contract, spreadsheet logging, and enrollment in the next workflow in the chain.
One tag... and the entire post-session sequence begins.
You add this tag to her contact the moment her reveal session ends. Everything fires from this single action.
Updates a custom field with a thank-you message and instructions to complete the Final Sale Form.
Updates the subject line custom field so the email looks polished.
Sends the Final Sale Form template directly to her email.
Logs her in your tracking spreadsheet.
Gives her breathing room to review, sign, and pay.
Pre-loads the Self-Love Challenge or next workflow in the chain.
Open GHL in another tab and follow these steps. Every button, every field, every click.
Most photographers handle post-session manually. You skip all of that. One tag fires the whole sequence and the next workflow takes over when this one finishes.
The moment she signs the Final Sale, Workflow 007 (Final Sale to Model Release) fires automatically.
Only add the viewing-session tag when her reveal appointment is completely done. Adding it early fires the entire post-session chain prematurely.
Make sure the Send Document action is pointing to your Final Sale Form and not a different document. Send yourself a test to confirm the right form arrives.
Three days gives her time to review without feeling rushed. Going shorter feels pushy. Going longer loses momentum. Leave the wait as is.
If you reference a tracking workflow that does not exist yet GHL will error on that step. Either build it first or remove that step until you are ready.
Test with your own contact first. Do not consider this workflow done until every box below is checked.
Check that the document template is Published inside GHL Documents and Contracts. Draft templates cannot be sent via workflow. Also confirm the contact has a valid email address.
Open the contact record after testing and check the custom fields section. If they are blank go back into the workflow and confirm the Update Contact Field actions are saved with the correct field names selected from the dropdown.
Go to the Execution Log tab inside the workflow and find the test run. Each step shows green for success or red for error. Click any red step to see the specific error message.
