If you work with multiple makeup artists, the workflow branches by which MUA she had so every touchpoint is personalized to that specific artist.
If you only work with one MUA or are solo, it is just one straight path. No branching needed.
She enters this workflow when The Orchestrator enrolls her. The first step checks which MUA she had.
Checks her tags to find which makeup artist she had and routes her down the correct branch.

The survey URL is the same for everyone but the gratuity section changes based on which MUA she had. Use conditional logic on form fields based on contact tags to make this work.
This is the final workflow in the post-session chain. All four workflows together handle EVERYTHING after her session automatically.
If your If/Else condition is checking the wrong tag or the tag was never added to the contact everyone falls into the default branch. Test by adding each MUA tag manually to a contact and confirming each branch fires.
If your tag is emily but you typed emiliy in the If/Else condition the branch never fires. Copy and paste tag names rather than typing them to avoid this.
Double-check the URL inside your SMS and email steps. If the link goes to a broken or wrong page she cannot complete the survey and you lose that feedback forever.
The gratuity section of the survey should show different payment details based on which MUA she had. If you use a static section every client sees the same payment info regardless of who did their makeup.
Test with your own contact first. Do not consider this workflow done until every box below is checked.
Go to the contact record and check which tags are actually applied. Then go into the If/Else action and confirm the condition is reading the correct tag exactly character for character.
Confirm your GHL phone number is active and A2P approved. Unapproved numbers cannot send SMS in the US. Go to Settings → Phone Numbers → Compliance to check your A2P registration status.
Make sure the survey form is Published and the link in your messages points to the live version not a preview URL. Submit a test response yourself to confirm the form is working end to end.
